# UX/UI Designer

#### Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled UX and UI designer to help shape the user journey for our flagship product, the Synnax App (<https://synnax.app/>). You’ll work closely with our founders, engineering team, and designers to develop intuitive user flows, create compelling mock-ups and designs, and ensure our designs align with our vision, brand, and user needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing startup in the exciting fintech space.

#### You will:

* Develop detailed user flows for the Synnax App and other products
* Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize design concepts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX best practices
* (Optional) Create full designs using our existing design language in Figma

#### Requirements:

* Proven experience as a UX designer (mid-level or higher), preferably in fintech or related industries
* Expert knowledge of Figma and familiarity with web technologies
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
* Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment

#### Good to have:

* Experience with usability testing and user research tools
* Knowledge of finance, cryptocurrency, or AI/ML domains
* Ability to create complete designs in Figma using the established brand language
